Return Policy for Rent MI Camper LLC

At Rent MI Camper, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable RV rental experience. If for any reason you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, please review the following return and cancellation policy.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to give you flexibility while ensuring we can manage our fleet efficiently.

A. Cancellations and Refunds:

Up to 30 days before the rental start date: Full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Between 15 and 29 days before the rental start date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.

14 days or less before the rental start date: No refunds.

B. Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking, typically within 5-10 business days after approval of the cancellation request.

If your payment was processed through a third-party service such as HoneyBook, the refund will be processed through HoneyBook. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days, depending on the policies of the payment processor.

If you need to modify your reservation (such as changing the dates or the RV type), we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any modifications to the reservation are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Up to 30 days before the rental start date: Changes are allowed, and any difference in the rental cost will be billed accordingly.

Within 14 days of the rental start date: Changes may not be possible; however, we will attempt to assist you depending on availability.

Certain fees may not be refundable, including:

Cleaning fee: This fee is non-refundable as it covers the cost of preparing the RV for the next rental.

Security Deposit: Your security deposit will be refunded after the RV is returned in good condition, minus any damages or additional cleaning fees.

No-Show: If you fail to arrive to the delivered RV, no refund will be issued, and the full rental amount will be charged.

Early Pick Up: If you "check out" of the RV before the scheduled pick up date, no partial refunds will be issued.

Any damage to the RV or failure to return the RV in its original condition may result in charges for repairs, cleaning, or replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to charge your payment method for the cost of any repairs or damages caused during your rental period.
